Breast Cancer Fund Recipients: The Side-Out Foundation utilizes the best-qualified sources to guide its allocation of donations. It’s policy is to find not only the neediest organizations locally, but the most promising areas that can deliver practical near term results in the areas of Therapeutic Treatments and Improved Quality of Life for breast cancer patients.
Financial Disclosure: The Side-Out Foundation is a Virginia based 501 (c)3 Non-Profit organization with a serving Board of Directors and advisors from the healthcare sector to provide oversight and guidance regarding the strategic direction and recommended allocation of donations and grants. All donations are recorded on the online system each calendar year and available upon request to info@side-out.org. Side-Out’s operating budget limits general and administrative expenses to strictly overhead costs in sponsoring these volleyball related fundraising activities. The members of the board receive no remuneration and our goal is to obtain sponsorships to defray tournament overhead costs. With the generosity of corporate sponsors we can allocate 100% of funds generated by our volleyball events. A financial review and independent audit is conducted at the end of each calendar year to determine the specific amounts available to donate after expenses. Recipients will be notified prior to any public release. All donations are tax deductible. Donors will receive official notification in writing from the foundation for all contributions of $500.00 or more.
