Rick Dunetz
Rick Dunetz is the Founder and Chairman of The Side-Out Foundation. His is also the Southern Region Director of Metro American Volleyball Club where he manages the operations of 9 teams in Northern Virginia
In addition to starting the foundation., he was the Head Coach for the Braddock Road Youth Club (2001-2002), the Assistant Coach for West Springfield High School (2002-2003), and the Head Coach at West Springfield High School (2003-2006). In 2004 his team won the District Championship and the Regional Semi-Finals. In 2005 and 2006 his team lost in the District Final and the Regional Quarter Finals. He is now the Head volleyball coach at Annandale High School. Rick has numerous coaching certifications to include Gold Medal Squared and CAP I Certifications. |

Barry Goldberg
Head Volleyball Coach, American University. The two-time Patriot League Coach of the Year Barry has produced the most dominant teams in league history. His league record of 87-1 over six years is widely recognized. Throughout the years his teams have been excellent both on and off the court. Barry’s teams have averaged a 3.33 combined grade point average per semester since 1995. American University women's volleyball has had four Academic All-America selections, CoSIDA Academic Volleyball Player of the Year and a Marshall Scholarship recipient. Fifty-three Eagles have earned an in-season GPA above 3.2 and been named to the All-Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in the team's six years in the conference |

Janice Kruger
Assistant to Athletic Director - Endowments, University of Maryland. Recently-retired Maryland women’s volleyball coach Janice is one of the all-time Winningest coaches in women’s college volleyball history, finishing with 756 career wins at three different colleges over the last 30 years. Janice led Maryland to five ACC titles, seven NCAA Tournament berths and was recognized four times as the ACC Coach of the Year and five times as the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Region Coach of the Year. |

Sinjin Smith
President of the FIVB World Beach Volleyball Council and TV Commentator. As a highly respected and successful beach volleyball player Sinjin has won a U.S championship and two world championships with his partner Randy Stoklos. As the oldest Elite player in the world he has competed in more beach volleyball events than any other known player. Sinjin was inducted into the UCLA Sports Hall of Fame in 1991. |
